First of all, we would like to thank everyone who, through their efforts and commitment, helped to curb the spread of the coronavirus epidemic. Thank you to all the experts and medical staff, but also thank you to all of you for working together to defeat this epidemic. When we all come together there is no trouble we cannot overcome. Thanks also to our chef Ana, who has been working diligently in the kitchen all this time on designing a new menu and new delicacies that you will be able to try on your first visit to the beautiful Plitvice Lakes.
After 2 months of movement restrictions, we can finally share with you the news that Plitvice Lakes National Park and Etno garden resort have reopened. We spent our time in quarantine diligently, wishing that our little empire would shine again in some new guise. We have designed various workshops, we have made furniture from wood because we want to provide our guests with an experience that exudes tradition, we have planted a variety of fruits and vegetables that we hope to harvest together when ripe.
Traveling after this epidemic will not be the same for some time to come and we will be extremely careful in choosing our perfect trip. It is important to mention once again that the entire wider area of Plitvice Lakes did not have a single one infected with the Corona virus, and the area itself is one of the safest places to visit in Croatia and beyond.
As we previously informed, detailed anti-epidemic measures have been taken at the Etno garden resort to make every visitor feel as safe as possible.
Plitvice Lakes National Park opens its doors on May 11, 2020, and let’s hope that all future generations will be able to enjoy its charms without hindrance. Opening hours of Plitvice will be from 08:00 to 19:00, and ticket sales will be possible until 17:00 every day. Tickets can be purchased online, and their price for an adult is 50.00 kuna until 24.05.2020, and 90.00 kuna in the period 25.05.-18.06.2020. There have been temporary changes to the park tour to allow for social distance.
